Differential Diagnosis
- Febrile and nonfebrile causes.
Miliary TB
- Seen With primary progressive or secondary TB
- Hematogenous speed
- Usually in persons with low immunity
Multiple 2-3mm noudules | Diffuse nodular interstitial pattern |
Arrows show tree in bud appearance- normally seen with infectious processes
- Fungal Infection- histoplasmosis.
- Metastatic disease: renal, thyroid, testicular.
- Sarcoid.
- Silicosis.
